This deck of 52 cards is designed to help kids (and grown ups) learn the language and range of human emotions to better understand themselves and encourage kindness and empathy. 

With engaging illustrations on the front followed by an explaining or the back of what each emotion means, where you might feel it in your body (heavy heart? Happy soul? Wobbly legs?) plus an idea to help process it, these cards are a took to help soothe stormy children and increase their emotional intelligence.
