Red Bead Dentalium Shell Earrings

These Dentalium Shell earrings were designed to pay homage to the Dentalium shell's history. The shells in Native culture were used for centuries for jewelry, adornment, and as currency.

Earrings hang about 1.75” long

Made by Native Works under parent organization Chief Seattle Club, a Native-led human service agency and day center in Seattle working to end Native homelessness. Proceeds go directly to providing meals, mental healthcare, drug and alcohol counseling, housing referrals, legal consultation and more to those in need within Seattle’s Native community. Native Works honors Native tradition while fostering a healthier Native future.
